Sauteed Caramel Apples


These are simple and quick.  It tool me less than 10 minutes.
2 Granny Smith Apples
2 tablspoons of butter
juice of 2 small limes
2 teaspoons of corn starch
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup of brown sugar
Peep and slice apples.  Add 1/4 cup of water, juice of two small limes, and two tablespoons of butter into a skillet. Add apples and cook until tender 5-7 min.
Mix corn starch with 2 tablespoons of water and add to skillet.  Cook for two min.  Add in cinnamon and brown sugar.  Cook for another two min until the sugar has melted.
Serve warm with ice cream.
