Chile Lime Chicken with Garlic Parmesan Potatoes


Chicken:
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 teaspoon chipolte chile powder
3 limes
3 cloves of garlic
2 Jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup of cilantro
chicken breasts.
salt
 Zest lime and juice.  Add chile powder and oil. 
Chop cilantro, zest garlic, chop and seed peppers.  Mix together and stir in chopped chicken.  Refrigerate over night or until needed.
Bake at 350 for 20 min.
Potatoes
1/2 cup of oil
4 red potatoes
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon of seasoning salt
1 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
1/2 cup of Parmesan
4 cloves of garlic
Whisk together garlic, seasonings, oil and cheese.
Cut up potatoes and toss with oil mixture.  Bake at 425 until golden and tender about 30 min.
Serve with chicken
