Mix sugar, warm water, and yeast and let rest until bubble about 10 min.
Mix Italain, salt, and 4 cups of flour

Mix in melted butter

 Drizzle in yeast mixture

Add 1/2 cup of flour until it forms a ball and knead for 5 min.
Place in a greased covered bowl and let rise for an hour
Be sure your bowl in large enough and punch down
Roll out on a large bar pan.
Cover and let rise for 45 min

Press a couple cloves of garlic with some olive oil.

When done rising gently press indents with your fingers.
