Peanut Rice Ceral Bars

3 1/2 cups or Rice Cereal (I used part Rice Chex and Rice Krispies)
1/4 cup of peanut butter
3/4 cup of chocolate chips
1 bag or marshamallows
2 tablespoons of butter
Melt butter, chocolate, and peanut butter in a medium sauce pan.
Melt in marshmallows.  Remove from heat
Mix in rice cereal.  Smooth into a greased square baker and let set. 
 Slice when cool and serve.

Peanut Butter Cups

These were supper simple and hard to leave along when done.


None of these ingridents are exact.
2 cups of powdered sugar
2 cups of chocolate chips
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of peanutbutter
Place chocolate in a ziplock bag and place in microwave on low for 30 sec intervals until melted.  Cut the tip of the bag and squeeze half of the chocolate into the bottom of mini muffin pan.  Place in fridge to harden.
Cream together butter and peanut butter until fluffy.  Slowly add in powdered sugar.
Spoon on top of chocolate and then squeeze the remaining melted chocolate on the top.  Be sure to kept track of how many you have or you will run out. Place in fridge to harden and then attempt to keep your hand out of the bowl.

Oreo Rice Krispy Treats

These are basic homemade rice krispie treats knocked up a step.  Homemade rice krispie treats are always way better than premade ones.
Here's what you need.
1/2 stick of butter
1 package of Oreos (regular)
1 bag or marshmallows
6 cups of Rice Krispies
M&ms or melted chocolate optional
Put Oreos in a large freezer bag and wack with a rolling pin.  Its fun and a great way to get out some aggression.  You want a variety of sized pieces.
Mix Oreos and Rice Krispies together.
Melt butter and marshmallows in a medium sauce pan on medium until smooth.  Add in Oreo Rice Krispy mixture.  Thoroughly mix and then add in M&Ms in if you want.
Spoon into a greased 9x13 pan and smooth out.  Let cool and then cut up and enjoy.

Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 package of Oreos
2 sticks of butter
1 cup of brown
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
2 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of chocolate chips
Roughly chop up 12 of the Oreos in a food processor.
Cream together the butter and the sugars until fluffy
Whisk in eggs and vanilla and baking powder and salt.
Slowly mix in flour
Slowly add in Oreo crumb and chocolate chips and scoop into balls.
Quarter up the rest of the Oreos and press a couple pieces into each cookie. Bake at 375 for 12 min.

Chocolate Caramel Pie

This is a simple.  A few steps and then chilling in between.  Plus is only has five ingredients.
 1 package of Oreos
2 sticks of butter
2.3 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups of cream
Finely chop up a package of Oreos in a food processor or blender.
Melt one of the sticks of butter the butter and mix into cookie crumbs and then press into a pie pan and freeze for 30 min.
 Place remaining stick of butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan on medium heat and bring to a boil.  Stir in a 1/4 cup of cream.  Let cool for 30 min.
Pour caramel into the crust and freeze for 30 min but not longer.  You don't want it to freeze completely.
Bring remaining cream to a simmer.  Add in chocolate chips and don't stir.  Let rest for five mintues.  Then stir until glossy.
Pour chocolate over crust and refridgerate.

Orzo Caprese Salad

Lets start with dressing. 
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 balsamicvinegar
2 teaspoons of dijon mustard
2 teaspoons of honey
1 glove ofgarlic
salt and pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients in a jar and shake up. Be sure to zest the garlic.
Orzo (I used half the box)
frsh mozzerella
fresh basil
cherry tomatoes

Pre cook and chill the pasta. I would have thought the pasta wouldn't take as long as normal pasta but it takes just as long.
Chop up the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.Toss cooked pasta with oil so it doesn't stick together.
Toss together and dress when ready to serve

Chocolate Bread Pudding

This is a nice simple make ahead dessert.
1/2 loaf of French Bread
3 cups of milk
1/2 cup of sugar
1/8 teaspoon of salt
6 eggs
10 oz of chocolate I used a bar and some chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Heat milk and sugar in a sauce pan until it is warm and bubbly.  Add in chocolate.  Let it rest for five minutes and then whisk together.
Whisk eggs together until light and fluffy and then slowly add the chocolate mixture. 
Cut or tear up the bread unto small pieces and pour custard over and let rest overnight.  Bake at350 for 30 min.
Top with ice cream.
