Here is what you need:
Chicken breasts or tenders
1/2 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
5-6 good sized garlic cloves (minced)
juice of half of a lemon
1/2 teaspoon of tumeric
salt and pepper
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together
Add chicken to bowl and coat and marinate for at least 8 hrs oven night is best.
Here is what you need for the pitas.
Pita bread
Tzatziki Sauce
marinated chicken
tomatoes
lettuce
Feta cheese
(you can use onions too. I don't like raw onions)
Grill chicken and warm pita in low oven or in microwave
Take warm pita and spread with Tzakziki Sauce
Sprinkle with Feta and add lettuce
Add dice tomatoes and cubes chicken
Pesto Salad
Cooked chilled pasta
1/2 cup ish of pesto
feta
whatever veggies you want
I used tomatoes and olives
Cook pasta (you can use any kind) and toss with olive oil and then refrigerate to chill
Add veggies
Add Feta cheese
Chill or eat either way if fine
