Start with hollandaise sauce. You need a stick of butter, a dash of salt, cayenne pepper, one lemon, and two egg yolks.
Melt the butter
Juice the lemon
Put the two egg yolks and the lemon juice into a blender
Turn on the blender for a 30 seconds until frothy
Add a dash of salt and a couple dashes of cayenne pepper and blend again
Now work on the eggs
Cut the English muffins and put a sliver of butter on each and broil for a few minuets
Boil some water with white vinegar and put the eggs into individual cups
Stir water and place eggs into water and cook for 2-3 minutes
Remove from water with a slotted spoon
Place on a paper towel to drain excess water
Remove the muffins from the broiler
Add some deli ham
Place an egg on each
Give the blender another stir and spoon some sauce on
Sprinkle some paprika on the egg and enjoy

Baslamic Marinated Steak with Blue Cheese Pasta
Marinated steak with blue cheese pasta
Several hours before serving have a couple of thawed steaks.
Cut into bite sized pieces.
One of my favorite kitchen gadgets is a "garlic car". You put peeled garlic into it and run it back and forth and then the chopped garlic comes out.
You need some balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil for the marinade.
Add several tablespoons of olive oil
Add several dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Add about 1/4 cup of balsamic vineagar
Add steak bites and refrigerate for a couple hours.
Here is what you need. Milk, garlic, blue cheese, milk, cream, pasta, olive oil, black pepper, corn starch, and marinaded steak.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and boil water for pasta.
Saute 4-5 garlic in the oil.
Crumble a couple of cups of blue cheese or Gorgonzola (more is always better)
Add 1 1/2 cups of milk and 1 cup cream. (I used non fat milk but you could use 2 1/2 cups of 2%) and blue cheese
Add black pepper to taste and simmer
After it has simmered 5-10 min add a little corn starch to desired thickness.
Sere steak in a hot cast iron skillet and drain pasta
Dish up some pasta you can use any kind I used vegetable cork screws and elbows but any kind is fine.
Spoon on some sauce
The steak should be done by now.
Put the steak on the pasta with the sauce and enjoy.
